Vegas-area home builders sued

Four construction defect lawsuits were filed this week in Clark County District Court.
Peppertree Homeowners Association sued La Mesa Associates Ltd., Tobin Investment Corp. II, Consolidated Construction Co., Fox Construction Co. and Surelock Homes Inc., alleging defects in its residential development at 699 Pepper Tree Circle in Henderson.
Some 121 homeowners at Sterling At Silversprings sued Jim Saxton Inc. and Saxton Inc., alleging defects in their residential development at 5128 Midnight Oil Drive in Las Vegas.
Another 113 Sutter Creek homeowners sued Saxton Inc., alleging their single-family residential development at 3302 Sutters Fort Street in North Las Vegas had defects.
And Quail Ridge Drive Homeowners Association Inc. sued Del Webb Communities Inc., alleging defects in its condominium complex in Las Vegas.
None of the defendants could be reached for comment.
