2nd Race -- Sweet Ruhl - Competitive at this level, new arrival Albarado will hustle, good spot for action. Light Up the Year - Top jock Espinoza aboard Paasch trainee, needs prompt start and clean trip from rail post at this sprint distance, a factor. Value Play -- Higher
3rd Race -- Haflinger - Chilean-bred draws good post for this heat, Gomez on Puype trainee, should get the winning trip in here. Very Caerleon - Irish-bred runner came running late, hustling Espinoza on Lynch trainee, makes late impact. Value Play -- Unlimited Value
4th Race -- Slews Shootin Miss - Garcia astride Stute trainee, well spotted, trip to first turn will tell the tale from outside post here. Corporate Queen - Draws good rail post for the route run, Flores on Van Berg trainee, blinker change for this. Value Play -- Spanish Thoughts
5th Race -- Frankies Angel - Draws good post for the mile turf outing, Nakatani aboard Spawr trainee, fits this spot well. Teace R. N. - Draws good rail post, Espinoza atop Hollendorfer-owned & trained runner, should get the golden trip here. Value Play -- Tax Affair

7th Race -- Company Approval - Has steadily improved in lawn outings, Solis climbs on for trainer Dominguez here, should get the trip. Lanciano - German import draws good post for the turf route feature, attracks top jock Espinoza, respect connections. Value Play -- King Slayer
8th Race -- Dreamy Meeting - Nakatani scales Cerin trainee for Golden Eagle Farm, draws good post, well placed, connections are tough at seaside. Nealeti - McCarron stays to ride McAnally trainee, draws good middle post here, another team to respect here. Value Play -- Delightful Time
