The blaze that destroyed the Nevada Equal Rights Commission office Wednesday night is being called suspicious as the investigation continues today.
The two-alarm fire caused about $700,000 in damage to the offices at 1515 E. Tropicana Ave. in the Executive Center East, Steve La-Sky, Clark County Fire Department spokesman, said.
La-Sky said the investigation into the fire is continuing.
Several people were evacuated from an adjacent building, but there were no injuries.
