Letter: Candidates waste time with Rush

They did, by cell phone, and for some 20 minutes the lovefest ensued. They praised one another and tossed accolades to Limbaugh (they even waited through a three-minute break to get back on).

My God! What has politics come to?

Don't either of these intelligent men realize that Limbaugh has no influence beyond a dwindling number of ditto-head groupies who will follow him to the "Hale-Bopp Comet" on demand and always vote Republican anyway?
