BASEBALL
Silverado 20, Foothill 0: Ryan Ruiz went 3-for-4 with a triple, home run and eight RBIs, Jeremy West went 4-for-4 with two doubles and a triple and Tommy Rojas was 3-for-4 with a home run and four RBIs.
Gorman 6, Bonanza 3: Gabe Lapito went 2-for-3 with two doubles and two runs scored, Dasniel Mangiapani hit a triple and an RBI and Brad Miller hit a solo home run in the sixth. Pat McBride pitched a complete game to earn the win.
Western 8, Clark 4: For the first time in five years the Warriors will play in the postseason. Tony Lafronz pitched a complete game, striking out six and Dalin Franklin went 2-for-3 with three RBIs.
Cheyenne 6, Centennial 5: With the score tied in the bottom of the sixth Dave Sakay scored on Adam Lesko's single. Lesko also got the win by pitching a complete game.
Palo Verde 5, Cimarron 4: Eric Newman hit a solo home in the bottom of the seventh and earned the complete-game win, giving up eight hits and striking out four.
Green Valley 10, Mojave 0: John Grose went 2-for-2 with two RBIs, Bronson Duck was 2-for-3 with a home run and David Krynzel hit an inside-the-park home run picking up two RBIs.

SOFTBALL
Silverado 7, Foothill 0: Keely Commerford hit a three-run home run, Julie Brand was 3-for-3 with two RBIs and Sonia Randolph went 2-for-2 for the Skyhawks.
Las Vegas 5, Valley 3: Rachel Hirsh went 2-for-4 with a triple and Danielle Dugan also went 2-for-4 in the Wildcats' win.
Bonanza 7, Gorman 3: The Gaels took a 3-1 lead into the sixth but with the bases loaded and one run already in, Ashley Mauro hit a grand slam over the center field fence for the Bengals. Sisters Marissa and Lisa Comastro combined to go 5-for-7 for the Gaels.
Centennial 13, Cheyenne 3: The Bulldogs racked up 18 hits led by Maggie Livreri, who went 3-for-4 with two RBIs, and Ashley Dean, who was 2-for-4 with an RBI.
Cimarron 10, Palo Verde 6: The Panthers blew a 6-4 lead in the top of the seventh inning. Jaime Hughes hit a sacrifice fly to score Amber James for the go-ahead run.
