Nevada First Bank plans to open a second Las Vegas branch this fall.
Located on the corner of Rampart and Charleston boulevards in Summerlin, the 3,500-square foot office will be situated on a 30,000-square-foot parcel in the Boca Park Shopping Center.
Nevada First President Dennis Guldin said his bank's assets recently surpassed $100 million. The company's first branch, at 2800 West Sahara Ave., opened in 1998 and specializes in business and consumer loans and private banking.
In 1999, Nevada First reported net income of just over $1 million.
