The handicapped parking spaces were meant for people with wheelchairs and it should be that way. It should be enforced that way. Shame on you people with handicap signs who do not need the use of such spaces.
For some reason people with handicap signs all have new cars and look prosperous. I guess there are no poor people with handicap signs.
