Attorney offers online legal services

A Las Vegas legal firm has launched a website that allows potential clients to submit information about their cases for an attorney's evaluation.

Jeffrey S. Posin & Associates launched LawFromHome.com. The site informs clients about uncontested divorce, bankruptcy, formation of corporations and limited liability companies, personal injury cases and driving-under-the-influence cases. Users can submit a computerized checklist of circumstances describing their case.

Potential clients can submit information about their specific cases for an attorney's review and the costs of those types of cases are outlined on the site.

Stacy Posin, vice president of the firm, said she is beginning to market the site with radio advertising and is soliciting comments to make the site easier to use. She said the site has received more than 1,000 "hits" from users since it was launched March 13.
