Bishop Gorman 8, Clark 0: Derek Rodriguez scattered three hits in seven innings, striking out five and walking none for the Gaels. Dan Norquist went 3-for-4 and Brad Miller had a pair of RBIs in the victory.
SOFTBALL
Silverado 8, Green Valley 0: Jackie Kinsey tossed a no-hitter, striking out nine with no walks and facing only four over the minimum. Julie Brand went 2-for-3 with an RBI and Keely Commerford went 2-for-3 with a solo home run for the Skyhawks.
BOYS GOLF
Boulder City 198, Basic 215
Medalist: Eric Walters (BC) -- 37
BOYS SWIMMING
Silverado 237, Basic 46: Skyhawks Kurt Cady (200 IM, 100 fly), John Ewing (200 free, 500 free) and Andy Burnett (50 free, 100 breast) each won two events to lead their team to victory.
GIRLS SWIMMING
Silverado 182, Basic 130: The Skyhawks overcame a double-win by the Wolves' Riva Davidson (50 free, 100 free) to capture the meet.
