Construction defects alleged

Three new construction defect suits were filed in Las Vegas this week.
Red Hills Homeowners Association sued Robert V. Jones Corp. and Red Hills at Pueblo Ltd. Partnership, alleging defects in their 256-unit condominium complex at Rampart and Las Vegas Drive.
Thirty-eight Palm Gardens homeowners are seeking class action status against Palm Gardens Ltd., Palm Gardens Corp., Rhodes Homes and Rhodes Design and Development Corp. in a suit alleging their 599-unit single family residential development contained defects.
And three Village At Craig Ranch homeowners filed a class action lawsuit against Beazer Homes Holdings Corp. and Beazer Homes Nevada Inc., alleging defects in their 206-unit single family residential development in Las Vegas.
Officials at the homebuilders being sued could not be reached for comment on the allegations.
