The UNLV baseball team defeated Nevada-Reno 5-3 Tuesday at Reno's Peccole Park. UNLV improved to 17-27 overall, and is 10-2 over its last 12 games. UNR dropped to 27-15. UNLV and UNR split the season series 1-1.
