Three Rebels tennis players All-MWC

UNLV earned three spots for four players on the 2000 Mountain West Conference men's tennis all-conference team. Included on the 12-man singles team were juniors Vladimir Pavicevic, who plays at the No. 1 position and was the only Rebel ranked this season, and Danny Erez, who leads the current squad in career victories with 41. On the doubles side, UNLV's top duo of juniors Gregor Skorin and Nenad Zivkovic was one of six teams selected in the vote of league coaches.
* The UNLV women's tennis team, playing its first match in three weeks, did not lose a singles point en route to a 7-2 victory over Wyoming Tuesday on Senior Day at the Fertitta Tennis Complex The Lady Rebels improved to 12-9 overall, 9-4 at home and 2-3 in the MWC. The Cowgirls fell to 8-11.
