Fertittas continue selling shares

Four members of the Fertitta family continued selling off shares of Station Casinos last week, raising more than $21.5 million.
Frank Fertitta, Lorenzo Fertitta, Blake Sartini and Delise Sartini each sold just under 292,000 shares of Station stock in open market sales last week, grossing about $7.2 million each. The Sartinis made sales from their joint holdings.
Sales were made daily from Monday through Thursday at share prices ranging from $24.23 to $25.75 per share. The sales reduced Frank Fertitta's holdings to 6.6 million shares, a 15.6 percent stake; Lorenzo Fertitta to 4.27 million shares, or 10.6 percent; and the Sartinis to 4.84 million shares, or 11.7 percent.
Since April 12, the four family members have sold a total of 1.55 million shares, raising just under $40 million.
