Black Hawk's 19 casinos had $36.4 million, or nearly 70 percent of the total. Cripple Creek was second with $10.3 million, and Central City third at $5.9 million.
The totals do not include earnings from the Southern Ute and Ute Mountain Ute casinos, which operate on reservation land.
