Letter: OPEC column stirs memories

I read Mike O'Callaghan's March 23 column, "A lesson from OPEC," about the current and previous oil situations.
I, too, remember the time frame he mentioned in the middle '70s when the oil tankers were stacked up in the Delaware River and the bay because the refineries had no place to put the crude.
