Paladin Realty Group purchased 13.6 acres on the southeast corner of American Pacific Drive and Cassia Way in Henderson and plans to develop the property as a business park.
Paladin bought the property from ProLogis Development Services and plans to build the 200,000-square-foot Paladin Commerce Center. Colliers International worked with Paladin on the purchase.
Construction will begin in mid-July, with completion slated for the end of the year.
The two-phase project will feature a total of six flex office and light distribution buildings. Paladin Realty will be among the center's primary tenants.
