The 240-unit Courtyard Centre Apartments at Third and Washington streets was to open on Thursday, and developer Steve Biagiotti has already cleared a city block to start a second project.
In southeast Reno, officials on Wednesday celebrated the opening of Diamond Creek Apartment Homes, a low-income apartment complex at Double Diamond Ranch.
