StumbleAlbertson’s to anchor shopping center

Construction should begin this fall on the Tule Springs Village shopping center in northwest Las Vegas.
Located on a 23-acre parcel at Durango Drive and Farm Road, the project's first phase will be anchored by an Albertson's supermarket. Additional retail stores will be added later on.
Farm Road Retail LLC, a partnership that includes retail developer Laurich Properties, purchased the land for $9.1 million.
Phase one of the project is slated to be completed by next spring.
