Henderson DMV branch to be open on Saturdays

Henderson motorists will now be able to go the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles and Public Safety on Saturdays.

As of Saturday the Henderson branch of the DMV, 1399 American Pacific Drive on the corner of American Pacific and Stephanie Street, is open 8 a.m to 4 p.m. on Saturdays.

Along with the Henderson DMV, all four full-service Las Vegas Valley DMV offices are now open Saturdays 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The $3.6 million Henderson DMV branch opened in May 1998. The 18,000-square-foot complex features 30 windows, a vehicle inspection station and full service for auto dealers and fleet owners.

It replaced a DMV office on Boulder Highway that had only eight windows and limited service.
