CCSN Coyotes win 2 more

The Community College of Southern Nevada baseball team continued its winning ways , completing a four-game sweep of Pasadena City College with two victories on Sunday.
CCSN won the first game 14-2 and the nightcap 14-8. The 17th-ranked Coyotes improved to 44-7 on the season, while Pasadena fell to 8-19.
In the opener, Dwayne Sparks went 3-for-4 with a double and four RBIs to lead the Coyotes. Jon Slack went 3-for-5 with a double and an RBI while Joe Wagner went 3-for-3 with an RBI.
Pitcher Nate Fouts went the distance in the seven-inning contest, giving up two runs (one earned) on three hits while walking just one and striking out eight.
In the second game, the Coyotes blew a 6-0 lead, as the Lancers rallied to tie the game 6-6 in the sixth inning. But the Coyotes answered with a four-run sixth inning and never looked back.
Eddie Blubaugh led the Coyotes on offense, going 4-for-4 with a triple and two RBIs. Matt Stratton went 3-for-5 with two RBIs while Joe Wagner went 2-for-3 with two RBIs. Jon Slack and Andrew Moser homered for CCSN.
The Coyotes' next game is April 25 at No. 9 Dixie College.
