StumbleUNLV agrees to settlement in case of fired professor

It is the second case of a costly settlement involving the firing of a UNLV professor.
Golberg's attorneys say the university broke its contract with the professor and violated his due process rights. District Judge Nancy Saitta agreed, and the two sides reached an agreement on a settlement for damages.
Last year, professor Richard Sutton received $350,000 in back pay for his firing in the early 1990s.
