Defects alleged in lawsuits

The flood of construction defect lawsuits continued this week in Las Vegas.
Rock Springs Vista-9 Owners Association sued JRM Development Inc., alleging defects in its 56-unit condominium complex between Buffalo Drive and Ducharm in Las Vegas.
JRM's attorney could not be reached for comment.
Olen Residential Realty Corp. sued 26 subcontractors, alleging their work caused defects at Spanish Ridge, a 248-unit apartment complex at 7340 West Russell Road.
The subcontractors have not yet responded to the allegations.
Starfire VII & VIII Owners Association sued R.W. Development Inc. and Deznan Development Corp., alleging defects in its 96-unit condominium project at Fort Apache and Flamingo in southwest Las Vegas.
Deznan officials could not be reached for comment.
And Desert Linn Homeowners Association doing business as Spanish Gardens Homeowners Association sued Tiberti-Blood Inc., alleging its condominium complex in Henderson contained defects.
Tiberti-Blood officials declined comment.
