Clark 8, Rancho 7: The Rams rallied from an 8-1 deficit before Clark's Steve Jonas closed the door to pick up the save. Nathan Quigley went 2-for-4 with a triple and a home run and Bobby Jones and Jason Elfberg had two hits apiece.
SOFTBALL
Green Valley 10, Basic 0: Suzanna Raygoza threw a complete-game one-hitter and Becky Williams went 3-for-3 with three RBIs to lead the Gators.
Cimarron-Memorial 3, Silverado 2, 7 inn.: Nicole Smiley singled home Vicki Morache in the seventh inning as the Spartans posted a hard-fought non-league win.

BOYS VOLLEYBALL
Cheyenne def. Chaparral, 15-13, 15-17, 15-2, 15-12: Jason Wagner had 18 kills and Ryan Nelson had 34 assists to lead the Desert Shields to a non-conference victory.
