Las Vegas' largest direct mail company has handed over to the U.S. attorney's office materials related to an anonymous attack on Clark County Commissioner Lance Malone.
John Boyer, the attorney for Passkey Systems, said he delivered the materials Monday, but declined to give further details.
A federal grand jury has subpoenaed the materials in an effort to determine who paid for the mailing. The mailer was critical of Malone for his role in approving a neighborhood casino in southwest Las Vegas.
