StumbleVegas driver struck and killed by police car
Monday, April 10, 2000 | 4:12 a.m.
A 49-year-old man is dead after he apparently ran a red light and was struck by a Las Vegas Metropolitan Police cruiser.
Witnesses said the officer, Mark Harding, had the green light when the accident occurred Sunday.
Police say the victim was not wearing a seat belt and was thrown from the van.
The victim's name has not been released pending notification of next of kin.
