ATLANTIC CITY -- A 50-year-old Ventnor man apparently committed suicide Tuesday afternoon by jumping off the parking garage of a casino, police said.
Sgt. Michael Tullio said the man went to the Trump Plaza Hotel & Casino parking garage on Mississippi Avenue, went up to the ninth floor "and apparently committed suicide by leaping to his death."
Tullio said the man had been a dealer at the Sands Hotel Casino for about 10 years. He said no suicide note had been found, but investigators are treating the death as a suicide.
