StumbleRebels golf team to play in Mexico

The eighth-ranked UNLV golf team will compete at the 2000 Compaq U.S. Collegiate Golf Championships in Los Cabos, Mexico, Friday through Sunday. The tournament will be played at the 7,050-yard, par-72 El Dorado Golf Course.
The tournament is scheduled for 54 holes, with 18 to be played on Friday, 27 on Saturday and the last nine on Sunday. Twelve of the nation's top teams are slated to compete, including eight of the country's top 10 teams. ESPN and ESPN2 will televise the event.
