Power outage affects 900

A power outage this morning affected 900 customers in northwest Las Vegas, Nevada Power Company said.
The outage to streets including Vegas Drive, Washington Avenue, Michael Way and Jones Boulevard, occurred at 1:25 a.m. Power was restored to 65 percent of customers by 2:45 a.m. Power was restored by 3 a.m. to all customers, power company officials said.
The outage at the Michael Way 1201 circuit was caused by equipment failure in the line, Nevada Power said.
