StumbleLas Vegas team opens season

The Las Vegas Icemen of the Western States Hockey League open their 1999-2000 season with three games this weekend against Peoria at the Sahara Ice Palace. Games are scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 11:30 a.m. Sunday.
The Icemen are members of the WSHL's Southern Division and will play 21 home games at the Sahara Ice Palace. Other members of the division are New Mexico, Ventura, Utah, Colorado and Long Beach. Home schedule on scoreboard, page 8D.
