Guinn names new head of Business and Industry Department

Gov. Kenny Guinn named Wickliffe to replace acting agency chief Chas Horsey, who had been in charge since June following the death of former director Dan Tom.
Wickliffe will oversee more than two dozen divisions and bureaus within the department in the job paying $92,914 a year. She has been employed by the Control Board since 1979 and has been deputy chief of the board's audit division since 1987.
Other Guinn administration appointments include:
-Janice Wright as administrator of the state Division of Health Care Financing and Policy, earning $83,554 a year. She has been acting director since January when Chris Thompson resigned.
-Mary Liveratti as administrator of the state Aging Services Division, earning $56,153 yearly. She replaces Carla Sloan who is taking a job as state director for AARP.
