Nine Cantonese tourists received minor injuries Thursday when their tour bus from Las Vegas rear-ended a second bus, also from Las Vegas, north of Kingman, Ariz.
Mohave County Sheriff's Office spokesman Steve Johnson said the two Superior Tours buses were traveling south on Pierce Ferry Road at Dolan Springs when the lead bus suddenly slowed to avoid hitting a dog.
Johnson said there were 81 passengers on the two buses.
The nine injured passengers were treated and released at Kingman Regional Medical Center.
