StumbleLV builders sued, defects alleged

Sunterrace Homeowners Association Inc. of Las Vegas sued HHF Inc., Charlie Brown Construction Inc., Red Rose Roofing Co. and Red Rose Inc., alleging its Sunterrace townhomes property at 2421 Tech Center Court contained numerous construction defects.
The plaintiff alleged shoddy work constitutes a "violation of local building and construction practices, industry standards, government codes and restrictions, manufacturer requirements and product specifications."
The defendants could not be reached for comment.
