Atlantic City attorney Lloyd Levenson was elected president of the International Association of Gaming Attorneys, a 600-member group of lawyers from gaming jurisdictions worldwide.
Levenson, senior partner and chairman of the casino-law department of Cooper Perskie April Neidelman Wagenheim & Levenson, will be installed in his new position at an IAGA meeting in the Bahamas on Wednesday.
"I am looking forward to further developing an effective forum for industry leaders worldwide to discuss and advance issues that enhance the integrity of the integrity of the gaming industry," Levenson said.
IAGA and the American Bar Association's Gaming Law Commission produce international seminars in both foreign and domestic jurisdictions and publish books on gaming law, a quarterly newsletter and a worldwide directory of gaming regulators.
