Library plans workshop on tracking family tree
The Clark County Library is celebrating Family History Month by presenting a two-hour workshop, "Finding Uncle Harry or How to Find Information About your Family Tree."
The program will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at 1401 E. Flamingo Road.
Learn how to search for genealogy information using newspapers, periodicals, and the Internet. Call 733-1141.
Pediatrics Q&A
University Medical Center's Baby Steps program invites parents to attend a free lecture by Dr. Hart called "Ask A Pediatrician" at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at 1807 W. Charleston Blvd. Call 383-2229.
Golf tournament
The Down Syndrome Organization of Southern Nevada invites all golfers to participate in its third annual golf tournament Sunday with a shotgun start at 1:30 p.m. at Rhodes Ranch. Call 648-1990.
