With help from a handful of celebrity performers, tennis star Andre Agassi's benefit concert raised more than $3.9 million for local youth charities.
"This is an awesome time," Agassi said during Saturday night's fifth annual concert at the MGM Grand Garden.
The money from the concert, silent auctions and other events benefits the Andre Agassi Charitable Foundation, which was founded in 1994 to help at-risk Las Vegas children. Agassi donates money and spends time one-on-one with the children, frequently playing tennis with them.
Taking the stage for this year's concert were Elton John, LeAnn Rimes, Luther Vandross, Gloria Estefan, Robin Williams and Stevie Wonder.
Last year's concert raised $3.2 million.
