A Mikohn Gaming Corp. director has filed to sell a small portion of his stake in the Las Vegas company.
Bruce Peterson, retired Mikohn executive vice president and current director, filed documents with the Securities and Exchange Commission to sell 50,000 shares, valued at $231,250. The sale represents about 3 percent of Peterson's last reported stake in the company.
Peterson retired from Mikohn at the end of 1996 and now resides in South Dakota. Company documents show Peterson owns 1.6 million shares, representing 15 percent control in the company.
