StumblePrism buys Valley Financial

Prism Financial Corp. of Chicago acquired Valley Financial Corp., its ninth mortgage banking company, to increase its presence in the West Coast. Terms were not disclosed.
Valley Financial, of Alamo, Calif., has two offices in Las Vegas and 10 in Northern California and employs 170 people. Its two Las Vegas offices were opened in May and employ 10 workers.
The company will continue to operate under the Valley Financial name.
