StumbleArrest made in trailer-home shooting

Hugh Marsters is suspected of killing Ronald Rivera, 46, Monday evening in their Homestead Ranch trailer, which is in Washoe County.
Investigators said Rivera had been arguing with his sister, who is Marsters' wife, when the shooting occurred.
Marsters called police to report the shooting.
