Casino seeks to collect gambler’s winnings

She's challenging the casino's decision and the Nevada Gaming Control Board will hear from both sides today in Las Vegas.
Lorena Higginbotham, 65, of Shelton, Wash., said she did not see a sign limiting the payout to $25,000 on the $16 "Let It Ride" game she was playing March 29.
She doesn't think it was there and the casino's surveillance camera is inconclusive.
Casino officials said the placard was on the table and a pit supervisor erred in approving the payout.
"If it was there, why did they pay me the $35,000?" she asked. She said she has another $10,000 coming.
