StumbleOfframp in Reno cause for celebration

A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held Friday for the $4.6 million shortcut from the highway's northbound lanes to Sun Valley.
The slip ramp from the highway to Clear Acre Lane bypasses both McCarran Boulevard and the McCarran Bulevard onramp to the highway.
"It will save us a lot of time and save us a lot of traffic congestion on U.S. 395," Assemblyman Don Gustavson, R-Sun Valley, said at the ceremony.
Construction on the project began March 8.
