Bernard Anthony Boc
Bernard Anthony Boc, 72, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 16, 1927, in Michigan. A resident for 12 years, he was a forklift driver.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia; two sons, Michael Anthony Boc of Michigan and Allen G. Krasich of California; three brothers, Andy Botz and Al Botz, both of Michigan, and Pete Botz of Arizona; one sister, Cindy Szukoitis of Michigan.
Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at the family home. Burial will be private. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
James V. Caputo
James V. Caputo, 81, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born Oct. 8, 1918, in the Bronx, N.Y. A resident for 20 years, he was a retired lather in the construction industry and a World War Marine Corps veteran.
He is survived by one daughter, Andrea Milligan, and one son, Scott Caputo, both of Las Vegas; one brother, Louie "Chip" Caputo of West Palm Beach, Fla.; and one grandson.
Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.
Virginia S. Collins
Virginia S. Collins, 76, of Las Vegas died Oct. 21 in Delhi, La. She was born April 18, 1923, in Winnsboro, La. A resident for 57 years, she was a church day-care giver.
She is survived by three daughters, Delores Collins Hudnall of Milwaukee and Gloria Collins Braxton and Barbara Collins Marks, both of Las Vegas; three sons, Edward Collins, Willie Collins and Philip Collins, and two sisters, Jelline Scott and Floretta Smiley, all of Las Vegas; 26 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Victory Baptist Church, 500 W. Monroe Ave. Burial will follow at 2 p.m. Saturday in Woodlawn Cemetery.
James Donegan
James Donegan, 78, of North Las Vegas died Sept. 23 in Las Vegas. A warehouseman and veteran, he was born Jan. 23, 1920.
Graveside services were scheduled in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, handled arrangements.
Nellie M. Ferreyra
Nellie M. Ferreyra, 83, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born July 6, 1916, in Colorado. A resident for 19 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by four sons, George Ferreyra and Dan Ferreyra, both of Las Vegas, John Ferreyra of Sunnyvale, Calif., and Richard Ferreyra of Buena Park, Calif.
Burial will be in Nebraska. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Anthony Flammia
Anthony Flammia, 75, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local care center. She was born Dec. 31, 1923, in Brooklyn, N.Y. A resident for 22 years, she was a retired railroad baggage handler and a World War II Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Filomena; two daughters, Antoinette Verso and Theresa Grace, both of Las Vegas; one sister, Grace Caputo of Florida; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will continue until 5 p.m. services today in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Friday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.
Lucas Lawrence Gallegos
Lucas Lawrence Gallegos, 37, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. A sheet metal worker, he was born Dec. 12, 1961, in Wyoming.
He is survived by his parents, Virgil and Margarita Gallegos, and one sister, Isabel G. Zelaya, all of Colorado.

Judd Paul Harris
Judd Paul Harris, 5, of Henderson died Monday in a local hospital. He was born May 29, 1994, in Las Vegas. A lifelong resident, he was a preschooler.
He is survived by his parents, Jill and Jerry Harris of Henderson; and his grandparents, Victor and Cynthia Harris of Henderson and Arlen and Catherine Grimshaw of Cedar City, Utah.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 11 a.m. Saturday in the Galleria LDS Chapel. Burial will be in Palm Memorial Park, Henderson.
Richard James Hayes
Richard James Hayes, 62, of Henderson died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 5, 1936, in Kansas. A resident for two years, he was a refrigeration salesman and a veteran.
He is survived by one son, Todd Hayes, and one daughter, Christy Nieuwhof, both of Henderson.
Burial will be private. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Jean V. Kucharik
Jean V. Kucharik, 78, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born July 13, 1921, in Poland. A resident for 12 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Edward; and three daughters, Barbara Peters, Kathleen Partyka and Darlene Abshier; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Saturday in Holy Family Catholic Church, 4490 Mountain Vista St. Valley Memorial Crematory, 745 W. Sunset Road, No. 16, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
David Malin
David Malin, 86, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born April 18, 1999, in Illinois. A resident for many years, he was a dock worker.

Robert S. Mars
Robert S. Mars, 67, of Henderson died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 1, 1932, in Buffalo, N.Y. A resident for one year, he was a retired warehouse manager for Sorrento Foods.
He is survived by his wife, Stella; one son Robert D. Mars of Henderson; one daughter, Linda Kissell, and one sister, Mary Jane Oaks, all of North Tonawanda, N.Y.; and one granddaughter.

Robert Vernon Matson
Robert Vernon Matson, 77, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 9, 1921, in Wataga, Ill. A resident for many years, he was a cement company supervisor and a World War II Army Air Corps veteran.
He is survived by two sons, Robert Matson and Gerald Matson, and one daughter, Debra Matson, all of Las Vegas; two sisters, Virginia Howe of California and Jean Mason of Missouri; seven grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Lena McPherson
Lena McPherson, 93, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born Sept. 5, 1906, in Michigan. A resident for 12 years, she was a grocery store clerk.
She is survived by one son, Darrel McPherson, and one daughter, Joanne McPherson, both of Las Vegas; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Dorothy Jean Miller
Dorothy Jean Miller, 71, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local care center. A resident for many years, she was born Dec. 30, 1927, in Milford, Utah.
She is survived by one daughter, Carole Vandever, and one son, Douglas Miller, both of Nevada.
Graveside services were scheduled at 11 a.m. today in Memory Gardens. Valley Memorial Crematory, 745 W. Sunset Road, No. 16, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Robert L. Millsap
Robert L. Millsap, 60, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 2, 1939, in Idaho. A resident for three years, he was a construction worker.
He is survived by two sisters, Arlene Graybill and Barbara Nyquist, both of Idaho.

Ruth L. Murray
Ruth L. Murray, 75, of Henderson died Saturday in Henderson. She was born Jan. 6, 1924, in Milwaukee. A resident for 42 years, she was a retired casino accountant.
She is survived by one daughter, Kim Murray of Las Vegas; three sons, Mark Murray and Cole Murray, both of Henderson, and David Murray of Las Vegas; one sister, Kathryne Koehler of Milwaukee; and two grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 3 p.m. services Friday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Burial will be in Palm Memorial Park, Henderson.
Ernest Overman
Ernest Overman, 63, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. A resident for many years, he was born March 25, 1936, in Las Vegas.

Joseph Rizza
Joseph Rizza, 80, of Las Vegas died Sunday in North Las Vegas. He was born March 21, 1919, in Brooklyn, N.Y. A resident for 12 years, he was a retired rehabilitation employee in the health care field, a member of the Flushing, N.Y., Masonic Lodge and the Scottish Rite Bodies.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 10 a.m. services Friday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Graveside services will follow at 11 a.m. Friday in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
Morton E. Rubens
Morton E. Rubens, 85, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born May 15, 1914, in Chicago. A resident for 21 years, he was a retired restaurateur, a World War II Army veteran and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
He is survived by his wife, Florence; one daughter, Diane Silva of Las Vegas; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation was scheduled to continue until 3 p.m. graveside services today in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
Harry Sokolowski
Harry Sokolowski, 76, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born March 26, 1923, in Cicero, Ill. A resident for 29 years, he was a retired operating engineer, a World War II Army veteran and a member of International Union of Operating Engineers Local 501.
He is survived by his wife, Blanche; and one daughter, Jerri Oyama of Escondido, Calif.
Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave., is handling private arrangements.
Viola M. Storms
Viola M. Storms, 82, of Anaheim Hills, Calif., died Monday in Anaheim Hills. She was born Sept. 28, 1917, in Glendale, Calif. A former Las Vegas resident for 20 years, she was a retired interior decorator.
She is survived by one daughter, Marsha Lavanty of Upland, Calif.; two sons, Robert Storms of Anaheim Hills and Arnold Vetterick of Bend, Ore.; and seven grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. services Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Cemetery.
Mary Tenerelli
Mary Tenerelli, 94, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born June 19, 1905, in New Waterford, Ohio. A resident for one year, she was a homemaker and World War II Army veteran.
She is survived by one daughter, Lucretia Hunter of Las Vegas; one son, Joseph Ragnanese of Illinois; one brother, Nick D'Alessandro, and three sisters, Bessie Sorbara, Emma Walsh and Jane Rasanise, all of Illinois; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 5 p.m. until a 7 p.m. rosary Friday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 130 N. Pecos Road, Henderson. Burial will be in Illinois.
