Restaurant enters LV market

Nevada's first Old Spaghetti Factory will open this week in Henderson.
Located at 721 Mall Ring Circle, the 10,600-square-foot eatery will feature the company's signature antique trolley car, stained glass, wood floors and paneling; the exterior will offer a Southwestern motif. Company spokesman Steve Sweeney said the restaurant will seat about 350 people and have about 180 employees.
However, Sweeney said the Henderson restaurant breaks a long-standing company tradition of using buildings slated for demolition. Instead, new suburban restaurants such as the one in Henderson are custom-designed to reflect OSF's original warehouse concept.
The Henderson restaurant opens for business on Wednesday, Oct. 27 at 11:30 a.m.
Based in Portland, Ore., OSF International, Inc. currently operates 35 Old Spaghetti Factory restaurants in 14 states and overseas.
