THE ASSOCIATED PRESS
Chicago-based Group One Investments purchased the Copper Hills apartment complex in Henderson, one of three recent acquisitions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Constructed in 1990 at the intersection of Whitney Ranch Drive and Russell Road, the complex has 272 units. Company officials cited Henderson's fast growth and the property's access to employment and retail as reasons for the purchase.
A privately owned company, Group One Investments acquires and operates real estate on behalf of investors.
