StumbleClaassen arrested but not booked

Claassen was arrested early Saturday morning on a road near Virginia City, but was not booked into jail, deputies said.
After her arrest, she reported a medical problem and was flown by helicopter to Reno's Washoe Medical Center, where she was treated and released.
A Nevada Highway Patrol sergeant secured a blood sample to test her alcohol level.
The Lyon County Sheriff's Department is investigating the case.
An April 17 trial date has been set for three men accused of slaughtering wild horses in the hills east of Reno last winter.
