Robert Bell

Robert Bell, 79, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospice. He was born Dec. 13, 1919, in New Orleans. A resident for 11 years, he was a retired supervisor for the U.S. Postal Service, a World War II Army veteran, a member of the American Bridge Association, American Contract Bridge League and National Bowling Association.

He is survived by his wife, Evesta; three daughters, Stephanie L. Bell and Phyllis M. Beech, both of Las Vegas, and Paula Anthony of Flint, Mich.; one son, William Barnes of Los Angeles; eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Sunday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. A private burial will follow.

Anthony DeCicco

Anthony DeCicco, 69, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born Oct. 9, 1930, in Philadelphia. A resident for nine years, he was a retired paper handler for a newspaper and a Korean War Marine Corps veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Philomena; one daughter, Elizabeth Schlaack of Las Vegas; one son, Albert Frattali of Washington Township, N.J.; and six grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 3-9 p.m. Sunday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Monday in Holy Family Catholic Church, 4490 Mountain Vista St. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Monday in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

Linda Dicus

Linda Dicus, 49, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was born June 24, 1950, in Montebello, Calif. A resident for 28 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth; six daughters, Coreen Dicus-Johnson of Menononee Falls, Wis., and Leslie Dicus, Dianna McCormack, Malinda Hamilton, Elizabeth Dicus and Julia Dicus, all of Las Vegas; four sons, Jacob Dicus, Mark Dicus and Jared Dicus, all of Las Vegas, and Aaron Dicus of Germantown, Wis.; her parents, Maryjane and George O. Davis of Prescott, Ariz.; one sister, Jane Davis of Scottsdale, Ariz.; and nine grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 5-7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in the LDS Las Vegas Stake Center on West Charleston Blvd. Graveside services will follow in Palm Memorial Park, Northwest.

Haile Rae Durr

Haile Rae Durr, 3 days, of Henderson died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born Oct. 16, 1999, in Las Vegas.

She is survived by her parents, Paul and Stacy Durr, one sister, Jordan Durr, and one brother, Joshua Durr, all of Henderson; her grandparents, Burton and Glenda Durr of Erda, Utah, and David and Bonnie Adams of St. George, Utah; and her great-grandparents, William and Genevieve Adams of Murray, Utah, and Kenneth and Georgia Rone of Springfield, Mo.

Graveside services were scheduled at 1 p.m. today in Palm Valley View Memorial Park. Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.

Howard L. Evans

Howard L. Evans, 85, of Wilton, Conn., died Oct. 6 in a Connecticut hospital. He was born in Chicago. A former Las Vegas resident for 20 years, he was a retired proprietor of South Central Salvage in Chicago and a lifetime member and past worshipful master of Masonic Lodge 437 AF&AM in Skokie, Ill.

He is survived by one son, Mark M. Evans of Westport, Conn.; one daughter, Karyn Evans of Kirkland, Wash.; one sister, Shirley Linfield of Tamarac, Fla.; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Harding Funeral Home, Westport, handled private arrangements.

Brian Dana Fox

Brian Dana Fox, 57, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born June 12, 1942, in Methuen, Mass. A resident for 17 years, he was a senior engineer with Centel/Sprint for 26 years and a Vietnam War veteran.

He is survived by three daughters, Debbie Gordon and Karen Gregory, both of Leavenworth, Kan., and Renee Fox of Seattle; and six grandchildren.

A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Saturday in Our Lady of Las Vegas Catholic Church, 3050 Alta Drive. Nevada Funeral Service-Nevada Cremation or Burial Society, 2983 Fremont St., is handling arrangements.

Winifred M. Hall

Winifred M. Hall, 79, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born April 7, 1920, in Council Grove, Kan. A resident for 46 years, she was a retired bookkeeper at a dry cleaning establishment.

She is survived by two sons, Roger W. Hall and Bruce W. Hall, both of Las Vegas; one brother, Carl Roberts of Lahai, Hawaii; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 9-11 a.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Graveside services will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

Teresa Darlene Herndon

Teresa Darlene Herndon, 42, of Las Vegas died Oct. 15 in Las Vegas. She was born June 27, 1957, in West Virginia. A resident for 3 1/2 years, she was a collections representative for financial institutions.

She is survived by two sons, Curtis Myers and Travis Herndon; her mother, Ardellia Herndon; five brothers, Oscar Herndon, Richard Herndon, Issac Herndon, Sylvester Herndon and Michael Herndon; two sisters, Shirley and Ethel; and one grandchild.

Visitation is scheduled 5-8 p.m. Friday in Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Services will be noon Saturday in the First Congregational Church, 1200 N. Eastern Ave. Burial will follow at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in Woodlawn Cemetery.

Martin Bruce Johnson

Martin Bruce Johnson, 66, of Henderson died Monday in a local hospital. He was born Sept. 11, 1933, in St. Paul, Minn. A resident for five years, he was a retired professor.

He is survived by his wife, Elenore; two daughters, Karla Johnson of Las Vegas and Paula Johnson of Auckland, New Zealand; one son, Martin Johnson of Mountain View, Calif.; his mother, Evelyn Johnson of St. Paul; and one brother, Craig Johnson of New Brighton, Minn.

Lawrence P. Keil

Lawrence P. Keil, 79, of North Las Vegas died Oct. 13 in a local hospital. He was born Jan. 15, 1920, in Milwaukee. A resident for 23 years, he was a mechanic/foreman for an automotive manufacturer and a Marine Corps veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Constance G.

Rose Mannsperger

Rose Mannsperger, 90, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 21, 1908, in Steubenville, Ohio. A resident for 60 years, she was a retired registered nurse.

She is survived by one brother, Andrew Tomko of Steubenville.

Graveside services were scheduled at 2 p.m today in Palm Valley View Memorial Park. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., handled arrangements.

Herbert Z. Murray

Herbert Z. Murray, 72, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born March 12, 1927, in New York. A resident for many years, he was a hospital administrator and a veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Mildred; and two sons, Ashley Ira Murray and Allison David Murray, both of New York.

No local services are scheduled. Burial will be in New York. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Scott Allen Muma

Scott Allen Muma, 28, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 18, 1971, in Oregon. A resident for many years, he was a writer.

He is survived by his father, Garry A. Muma; and his mother, Susan Weekly of Oregon.

Services will be 4 p.m. today in Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson. Burial will be in Oregon.

Randy Stewart O'Neal

Randy Stewart O'Neal, 33, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born May 20, 1966, in Henderson. A lifelong resident, he was a self-employed appliance repairman.

He is survived by three daughters, Contessa O'Neal, Ashley O'Neal and Amber O'Neal, all of Henderson; his parents, Frances and Richard O'Neal of Las Vegas; five sisters, Debra Newman, Sondra Newman, Donna O'Neal and Andrea O'Neal, all of Las Vegas, and Teresa Sykes of Brighton, Nova Scotia; and one brother, Jay O'Neal of Reno.

Services were scheduled at 1 p.m. today in the 32nd Ward at Washington Ave. and Pecos Road. Burial will be in Utah. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.

Josef Princ

Josef Princ, 68, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born March 18, 1931, in Slovenia. A resident for one year, he was a retired design engineer for a home improvement company, a member of the Sun City Italian Club and Chicago Accordion Club and enjoyed playing the organ and accordion.

He is survived by his wife, Rose Marie; one sister, Danicia Basa of Slovenia; one niece, one nephew, four great-nieces and several godchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 5-7 p.m. Saturday and noon until 1 p.m. Sunday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.

William Paul Richardson

William Paul Richardson, 30, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. A hotel bellman and a Persian Gulf War Army veteran, he was born Nov. 25, 1968, in Livermore, Calif.

He is survived by one son, William Lucas Richardson, and his mother, Nancy Richardson, both of Las Vegas; one sister, Christina Richardson of Flagstaff, Ariz.; and his grandmother, Dorothy Richardson of Pahrump.

Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 10 a.m. services Saturday in Davis Funeral Home, 2127 W. Charleston Blvd. Burial will be in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

Robert B. Seasons

Robert B. Seasons, 75, of Henderson died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born March 1, 1924, in Canada. A resident for 14 years, he was a retired petroleum engineer and a World War II Navy veteran.

He is survived by one daughter, Janet Swinney, and his companion, Selma Perestock, both of Las Vegas; one sister, Helen Gibbon of Reno; one brother, Johnny Seasons of Canada; and four grandchildren.

Marie E. Tift

Marie E. Tift, 73, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born March 11, 1926, in New Orleans. A resident for 22 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by one daughter, Michelle Rose Tift-Collier of Las Vegas; one brother, Jean Gaeaner of France; and one grandchild.

Richard L. Walker

Richard L. Walker, 58, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospice. He was born June 15, 1941, in Okmulgee, Okla. A resident for 57 years, he was a croupier.

He is survived by one daughter, Richelle Lacy, his fiancee, Dianne Fontes, his mother, Sarann Knight Preddy, his father, Luther Walker, and one brother, James Walker, all of Las Vegas.

A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St.
