The Las Vegas Balloon Classic will be held today through Sunday beginning at 7 a.m. daily at the Silver Bowl Park, Russell Road at Boulder Highway. Events continue throughout the day and into the evening. Admission is free. Call 455-8206.

Serpent balloons

Heritage Museum

Chorale benefit
The third annual Evening of Wine and Roses wine tasting, benefitting the Myron Heaton Chorale, is scheduled for 6 p.m. Saturday at the Desert Willows Community Center, 2020 West Horizon Ridge Parkway, in Henderson. 32nd Street Theater planning spring trip
Clark County students interested in participating in 32nd Street Theater's "Unity Through Knowledge" Black College Tour in April may be pick up registration forms at all Clark County high schools.
The April 17-21 educational tour will visit the historical, predominantly black colleges of Grambling State, Southern University, Xavier University, Alcorn State, Dillard University and Jackson State.
