Eck, formerly of Carson City, was convicted in federal court for wire fraud and conspiracy. His license was temporarily suspended Sept. 24.
By resigning, Eck can't practice law again in Nevada unless he demonstrates he is of good moral character, possesses high ethical standards and passes the bar examination.
