Thomas McPhee Allison

Thomas McPhee Allison, 18, of Las Vegas died Oct. 13 in Las Vegas. He was born July 29, 1981, in Las Vegas. A lifetime resident, he was disabled.

He is survived by his mother, JoAnn Allison of Las Vegas; and his grandparents, Pete and Mavis McPhee of Goodsprings.

A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Sunday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North.

Everett M. Alred

Everett M. Alred, 63, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born Nov. 3, 1935, in California. A resident for 39 years, he was a retired Las Vegas police officer and a Korean War Marine Corps veteran.

He is survived by his companion, Lottie Wingfield of Las Vegas; and one son, Gary Alred.

Mack L. Bagley

Mack L. Bagley, 62, of Las Vegas died Oct. 8 in Las Vegas. He was born March 20, 1937, in Mount Enterprise, Texas. A resident for many years, he was a custodian for the school district.

He is survived by one son, David S. Bagley, and three sisters, Margorie Williams, Valtemer Bell and Anna J. Bagley Mitchell, all of Phoenix; and four brothers, Alfred Bagley of Mount Enterprise, Tim Bagley of Las Vegas, Fred Bagley of Atlanta and M.T. Bagley of Phoenix.

George F. Bedford

George F. Bedford, 89, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 6, 1910, in Douglas, Isle of Man. A resident for five years, he was an assistant manager in the banking industry and a member of the Kiwanis Club in La Salle, N.Y.

He is survived by two sons, David Bedford of Las Vegas and Gordon Bedford of Texas; one daughter, Glenda Vaughan of Las Vegas; and four grandchildren.

James G. Boyd

James G. Boyd, 68, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was born Oct. 20, 1930, in Oklahoma. A resident for 17 years, he was a painter in the construction industry and a Korean War Marine Corps veteran.

He is survived by one brother, Jack Boyd of Henderson; and one sister, Dolores Lewis of Petaluma, Calif.

Graveside services will be 9:30 a.m. today in Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North.

Eleanor Braden

Eleanor Braden, 93, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born May 19, 1906, in East Liverpool, Ohio. A resident for 14 years, she was a retired licensed practical nurse.

She is survived by two daughters, Mabel L. Braden of Las Vegas and Arlene Teapole of Phoenix; one son, Charles A. Braden of Salem, Ohio; six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling private arrangements.

John Desimone

John Desimone, 66, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born May 30, 1933, in Rome. A resident for 23 years, he was a retired aircraft mechanic and a Marine Corps veteran.

He is survived by three daughters, Natalina Grenia of Reedsburg, Wis., and Muriel Desimone and Cathleen Desimone, both of Las Vegas; one sister, Marion Lancia of Fort Wayne, Ind.; one brother, Romeo Desimone of Weirton, W.Va.; and five grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Viator Catholic Church, 2461 E. Flamingo Road.

Andrew Paul Duchai Sr.

Andrew Paul Duchai Sr., 82, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born Jan. 28, 1917, in Turtle Creek, Pa. A resident for 10 years, he was a retired Air Force master sergeant, World War II veteran and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.

He is survived by five sons, Andrew Duchai Jr., Paul Duchai and Philip Duchai, all of Las Vegas, Anthony Duchai of Boise, Idaho, and Stephen Duchai of Wisconsin; one sister, Anna Milosvich of Turtle Creek; and four grandchildren.

William H. 'Buzz' Hay

William H. 'Buzz' Hay, 65, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospice. He was born April 14, 1934, in Jackson, Mich. A resident for three years, he was a foreman for a tool company, a veteran of the National Guard and a member of Eagles Lodge 711, Moose Lodge and American Legion, all in Norwalk, Ohio.

He was preceded in death by one son, Eugene Gales.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley; three daughters, Ellen Standford of Wakeman, Ohio, Constance Barron of Las Vegas and Tina McConoughey of Toledo, Ohio; one son, Thomas Gales of Wichita, Kan.; one sister, Nancy Redman of Weaverville, N.C.; and 14 grandchildren.

Rosemary C. Ingersoll

Rosemary C. Ingersoll, 76, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospice. She was born Nov. 19, 1922, in New York. A resident for eight years, she was a secretary.

She is survived by many friends.

Albert Rahab Johnson

Albert Rahab Johnson, 61, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospice. He was born Aug. 17, 1938, in Missouri. A resident for six years, he was an Army veteran and a member of the Allied Arts Council.

He is survived by his wife, Martha; his mother and stepfather, Erma and Earl Devorse; his father, Mose Johnson; two sons, Scott Johnson and Franklin Marquez; one daughter, Breonne Johnson; three brothers, Artist Lewis, Dexter Kendrix and Earl Devorse Jr.; and two sisters, Earline Manning and Mary Hampton.

Visitation is scheduled noon-2 p.m. Saturday in Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North.

Ora Sellers Jones

Ora Sellers Jones, 85, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born June 16, 1914, in Louisiana. A resident for 41 years, she was a hotel domestic employee.

She is survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. Friday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Zion Methodist Church, 2108 N. Revere St. Burial will be in Eden Vale Memorial Park.

Ivan L. Kuykendall

Ivan L. Kuykendall, 38, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born July 12, 1961, in Wichita, Kan. A resident for nine years, he was a mail handler for the U.S. Postal Service and a Navy veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Merly; three stepdaughters, Merissa Hassett of Maryland and Marian Hassett and Marie Hassett, both of Las Vegas; his parents, Irene and Andy Kuykendall of Wichita; two sisters, Mary Ann Margosian of Long Beach, Calif., and Judy Ann Kuykendall of Sedalia, Calif.; two brothers, the Rev. Andy Kuykendall of Haysville, Kan., and Michael Kuykendall of Columbia, S.C.; and one grandchild.

Graveside services were scheduled at 10 a.m. today in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, handled arrangements.

Collette Terresa Lavelle

Collette Terresa Lavelle, 80, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born Oct. 24, 1918, in Chicago. A resident for 18 years, she retired as a bank clerk after 25 years.

She is survived by one nephew, Alan F. Braveman of Las Vegas.

James D. Madison

James D. Madison, 56, of Las Vegas died Oct. 12 in a local hospital. He was born Oct. 6, 1943, in California. A resident for seven years, he was a truck driver for Mac's Delivery for the past four years.

He is survived by one daughter, Dana of Alaska; and two brothers, Keith of Denver and James of Las Vegas.

Visitation is scheduled 5-7 p.m. Friday in Nevada Funeral Service-Nevada Cremation or Burial Society, 2983 Fremont St. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Woodlawn Cemetery.

Kristen Marie Kathleen Minor

Kristen Marie Kathleen Minor, 16, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born April 22, 1983, in Las Vegas. She was a Mojave High School student.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Jesse, 11 months ago.

She is survived by her father, Floyd S. Minor of Montana; her mother, Vicki A. Minor, and one brother, Matthew M. Minor, and her grandmother, Velma C. Cohen, all of Las Vegas.

Visitation is scheduled 1-7 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Services will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday in Palm Chapel, Cheyenne. Graveside services will follow at 3:30 p.m. Saturday in Palm Memorial Park, Northwest.

Joseph C. Mueller Jr.

Joseph C. Mueller Jr., 44, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospice. He was born Feb. 19, 1955, in Chicago. A resident for 14 years, he was a contractor and a Marine Corps veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Judy; his parents, Loretta and Joseph Mueller Sr. of Las Vegas; four brothers, Andrew Mueller of Tinley Park, Ill., John Mueller of Bridgeview, Ill., and Steven Mueller and James Mueller, both of Hesperia, Calif.; one sister, Christine Semanovich of Richland, Wash.; and his grandparents, Earl and Julia Jenkot of Oak Lawn, Ill.

Audrey Elaine Porter, 66, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born Jan. 8, 1933, in La Crosse, Wis. A resident for 8 1/2 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Don; one daughter, Suzane Bergstrom of Riverside, Calif.; her mother, Cluster Swartz of La Crosse; and two grandchildren.

A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St.

Barbara W. Sawyer, 70, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local care center. She was born Nov. 23, 1928, in Waterford, Vt. A resident for 18 years, she was a kitchen worker.

She is survived by one daughter, Pamela Davis of Las Vegas; two sons, Freeman Corno of Las Vegas and Everett Sawyer III of North Haverhill, N.H.; one son-in-law, Harold 'Tad' Mann of Las Vegas; three sisters, Helen Quill of Lakeland, Fla., Agnes Kimball of Center Conway, N.H., and Clara Keith of Kingsland, Ga.; and one brother, Raymond Waterthouse of Woodbine, Ga.

A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Friday in Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd.

John A. Zeeveld

John A. Zeeveld, 63, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 8, 1935, in St. Paul, Minn. A resident for 25 years, he was a truck driver and a Vietnam War Air Force veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Laura; two daughters, Gerianne Zeeveld and Julianne Zeeveld, both of Las Vegas; two stepdaughters, Lillian Petker of Santa Rosa, Calif., and Brenda Petty of Las Vegas; one stepson, Dan Kroskrity of Las Vegas; his father, Audley Zeeveld, and one brother, Bryon Zeeveld, both of Hastings, Minn.; one sister, JoAnne Denzer of Spring Valley, Wis.; and six grandchildren.
