Two LV builders sued by homeowners

Opulence Homeowners Association sued its general contractor Picerne Development Corp. and its condominium project developers KCN Ltd. Partnership and KCN Nevada Inc., alleging defects in its 396-unit condominium complex at Harmon Avenue and Lindell Road in Las Vegas.
Separately, Day Star Property Owners' Association and three of its residents sued Nevada Homes Corp., alleging defects in its 37 single family homes at the Day Star development at Durango Road and Peace Way in Las Vegas.
James Pengilly, attorney for the defendants in both cases, said all of the allegations will be denied.
