Construction is under way on a $1.8 million microbrewery and restaurant at the Village Square Shopping Center at the intersection of Sahara Avenue and Fort Apache Road.
The 7,200-square-foot Chicago Brew Pub is being built by Burnett Haase Construction. The project developer is Terry Caudill, owner of Las Vegas-based TLC Enterprises.
Completion of the new eatery is slated for December.
